Moe and his guys did a very very good job on my Ford explorer.

I had an unusual non-car related problem. My bathroom sink faucet handle had a stripped out screw that needed removing. I called several places to try to find help and/or a solution to remove the screw. No company had any ideas or recommendations. I called Eddie (owner) of North Dallas Imports and he told me he would try to remove it for me. When I arrived, his shop was clean, busy, and full of cars with clean mechanics working diligently. His wife was there, also, and was very nice and friendly. Eddie took my handle and began using his die taps to try to get the screw to come out. It was very tricky but Eddie finally removed the screw! I was delighted and felt fortunate that I wouldn’t have to replace the handle!! Eddie didn’t even charge me! You know when you have met an honest, caring person (which seems rare these days) when that person just does an unselfish act of kindness & spends his time helping others when he didn’t have to. I am so grateful that I found Eddie and will use him for my car repairs in the future. I’d recommend Eddie for being such a reliable, honest, and kind person. Thank you, Eddie!!

Wes and the crew demonstrated a very high degree of knowledge regarding our 2006 Honda Pilot. They completed repair/replacement of a service module etc. in a very short time; and explained the process to me in some detail, and in layman's terms. A professional job well done. When my very reliable old Honda needs service, I'll be back to NDI.

They were incredibly nice. Catherine was fantastic in facilitating the process for replacing the two batteries on our Mercedes. I called and they had us in the next morning. They installed the batteries that day in less than 6 hours. Very professional and knowledgeable about the car when explaining to my husband. I highly recommend for foreign mad vehicles.

We just want to say ,"Thank you so so so much, Eddie!!" He went above and beyond to fix my fiance's Blue Honda Accord. My fiance was stressing about how the car was making loud noises when he starts it and when he is driving it on the road. We thought maybe we need to buy a whole new engine but Eddie helped by diagnosing the problem and fixed it! Now the car is no longer making loud noises and it is running even better than before! I took my 2017 Subaru Impreza here. I got a few preventative maintenance things done here including spark plugs. Eddie was amazing. He didn’t try to sell me things that I couldn’t replace myself. Prices were good and everything was done timely!
