I've been taking my 4runner to North Dallas Imports for several years and have had consistent good experiences with service/expertise, honesty and reasonable prices. The first time I came to their shop another competitor had just suggested that I get several items fixed so I wanted to get a second option. I took it North Dallas Imports and they told me I only needed 1 item fixed out of the 5 items that the competitor suggested, thus saving me about $1000. Just recently I had a loud noise coming from under my car and North Dallas Imports dropped me off at work and kept my car all day looking for the source of the noise. After finding the problem, they did not charge me a penny and suggested I could potentially save some money by getting it covered under a special extended warranty offered by Toyota for the defective part causing the noise. I highly recommend this company.

Eddie, Andy and the guys at North Dallas Imports are awesome. I always take my 2001 Honda Accord to the shop for all the major repairs I can't do myself. They're consistently less expensive and more knowledgeable than the dealership. I recently took my car to the dealership for the airbag recall and got of quote on changing out my bad ignition, which locks up and won't allow the key to turn regardless of whether the car's wheel lock mechanism was on. Eddie quoted me at over $150 less than the dealership and was still able to drive my car home and save on paying for a ride while waiting for parts. Luckily, the guys were able to bypass the ignition turn mechanism and showed me how to start and stop my car in the meantime. I love this place and totally trust these guys with my car. Very pleased.

Very trustworthy! I’ve been going to these guys for years. Due to the recent tornado, my car suffered significant damages. The guys at NDI inspected and informed me of damages sustain and have referred me to a reputable body shop for further assistance. They are honest and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business; they know what they are doing. They don’t try to overprice the services because I’m a woman.

I’ve been using North Dallas Imports for several years. I have a ’99 Lexus and repairs have been half or sometimes a third of what others charge. Eddie and Andy always take good care of me.

I was referred to Eddie by my brother, who is also an automotive tech, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with dealing with a repair shop/dealership. All the prices they quoted were the exact prices I had to pay. They made sure to explain all the problems they found and made sure to tell me the repercussions for not getting certain things taken care of. They were fast and took very good care of me and my car and I will definitely be going back for other services and would recommend them to other people.

I already get nervous when any car services are needed. Not because I think all places take advantage of women or that women are incapable of understanding the inner workings of cars. I just don't. I asked for a quote, when the Mercedes dealer price was double the price and north Dallas imports was so accommodating. The reviews are about Hondas and land rovers but they are quality with the European cars too They gave me a b1 service and break fluid flush ...even took it down the st for an inspection. Recommended them 5 times already. Will definitely definitely definitely be back.
