I got my valve adjustment and valve cover gasket done on my Acura TSX. They were able to finish it the same day since I dropped my car off early in the morning. The car's power delivery is smoother now and there is less valve noise. It was cheap at $280. I had to take off 2 stars for 3 BIG issues: dirty car after it was worked on, whoever drove my car revved it up pretty high in first gear while driving (I checked my dashcam), and they parked it in first gear without using the parking brake. And let the tire bulge up against the yellow parking block.... My car was clean and freshly waxed when I brought it in. Afterwards it left the shop with a lot of dirty hand prints over the fenders. There was also Hondabond or RTV gasket maker residue on my fender. Luckily, I noticed before the gasket maker dried/ Had to give my car another wash. I checked my dashcam and it seemed like whoever was driving the car to move it to a different parking lot drove the car hard in 1st gear. Sounds like it was at 4500 to 5000 rpm in first gear while cold.........You're supposed to shift out of first gear at 3000 rpm when the engine is cold. Last issue is that they parked my car in first gear and let the tire push up against the parking spot yellow block. I would prefer if they left my car how it was before they worked on it. They way I left it was parking brake ENGAGED and in reverse. Reverse being that I parked head in, so if someone releases the clutch without taking it out of gear, they won't hit the parking block. They also never called me to inform me when the car's valve adjustment was done. I had to call in about an hour before they closed while I was still in Carrollton.

Eddie is great, kind generous and very knowledgeable. We take our German made auto for service here. Prices are very reasonable considering market. Would recommend and we will definitely continue to take our vehicle there as needed.

I've had nothing, but a positive experiences with North Dallas Imports over the last 3 years. From a 2013 Range Rover Sport Supercharged to a 2005 Infiniti G35 Sedan they've done well. North Dallas Imports has handled basic preventative maintenance as well as control arms, radiator replacement, alignments, etc.... I trust them.

Honesty, due diligence & fair price; very hard to find these days with import repairs. No I am not related or being paid for this review. Will absolutely be back and recommend this rare jewel in DFW. Only thing I didn't like was they had CNN on the tv inside; really?

Good shop for LAND ROVER models.

Finally found a mechanic shop that I trust! Was quoted over $800 at the dealership to replace a power steering hose. Eddie was able to rebuild it for a total of $377. He is very honest and reasonable. Will be my go to place from now on.
