Last year, Eddie and his team replaced my struts on my Prelude that the Honda dealer could no longer get parts for. Looking at my car, they also spotted the need to replace the original radiator, and the need to do my timing belt replacement. It was an expensive service, but well worth it. I was able to take the car on the 41st Chrome Glidden Tour in the Hill Country. Today's service wa a simple oil change. Thank you North Dallas Imports.

Hands down the BEST auto service/ shop in North Dallas. I was calling around to see who can fix my oil leak in my side differential and I was getting the run around from other companies. The first time I called North Dallas Imports, the manager was very knowledgeable regarding my car's issue. He even educated me that I had an Mercedes engine in an Infiniti car (which I verified with the Infiniti dealership, and he was correct). He asked me to bring my car into the shop so he can take a look at it and provide me a quote. I went in that same day, and he was able to give me a cost for the service and ensure that he can fix my car the same day. That was the cherry on top for me since I have been told from other auto shops that this work can and will take 2-3 days to complete. I immediately schedule my car for that following week. The day of the drop off service he took my car and ask if I needed a ride home. OMG at this point I fell in love lol I wanted to avoid having to get a uber which would have cost another fee. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the work and customer service North Dallas Import provided me. I will defiantly be a returning customer for all my car auto needs.

These guys know what they are doing Eddie and his crew fixed my Range Rover after finding an oil leak and a coolant leak.

I love Eddie he is wonderful and always explaining every detail what needs to be Done to my car and his prices are very fair will always go there .
