Great customer service provided and affordable price. I was really impressed with Eddie and Andy. The work was done on time and I will recommend this company any day. I took my wife’s Odyssey for transmission work and they did a good job. Kudos to you guys at North Dallas Imports !!!

Eddie fixed the power steering rack leak on my Lexus RX 330. The cost is exactly what he quoted me, needless to say much cheaper than the dealership. rnHe is friendly and took the time to show me the problem and answer all my questions.

Eddie was great. Honest, professional, and personable. He explained what he would do, gave an estimate for the job, and stuck to it. I had my timing belt replaced in a Civic for a lot less than I paid for the same job 10 yrs ago. Good, honest mechanics seem hard to come by, so why not try Eddie. You won’t be disappointed. So far this place has been good in taking car of my wife's Land Rover with reasonable pricing. I will soon need to replace air filter and brake fluid flush; I will let my fellow Yelpers know how it goes in the next few months. It is has been hard trying to find good expertise and trustworthy Non-dealership Land Rover shop in the Dallas/Collin county area.

This was my first time going to North Dallas Imports & it was great experience. I wish I would’ve known about them before. I will refer anyone I know that needs any type of repairs on their car. Andy & Eddie were very patience & knowledgeable about the type of car I had & I was very grateful for that. If I have anymore issues with my car they will get my business.

I called around to 3 places before finding North Dallas Imports and none of them offered the attention that Eddie did with explaining all the options available to me. i was introduced to eddie and N.D.I. through a very unlikely source but can honestly say that it saved me thousands!!! no joke!! i am a college student self supported and my car is of the utmost importance to me. my 92 acura which i adore has been over worked and underpaid, but thanks to eddie and N.D.I. it is finnaly getting the care it deserves and the service i can afford. i have been anticipating the chance to put my testimony on here and could fill pages raving of the service and honesty i have recieved from N.D.I. you are apart of all the action from the start and any and all work is approved by you before hand rather than fixing it and slapping you with a confusing bill with alot of zeros.eddie is now the only person that puts a hand on my integra and i am extremely greatfull for that. not only is he my go to guy but i trust him enough to send my mom,girlfriend, sisters, aunt, cousins and anyone els who i know in need.
