Eddie has been looking after my cars for over 8 years and I have been very impressed with the care he takes care of my cars. He just checked on my lexus for a concern I have about the hybrid battery. He told me that the battery is working well and did not charge for the test.

They have been very helpful always. I have been going there for many years for my two Hondas. I even change oil with them only (I drive long distance to do so) because they do a good job and they do not damage my car or try to (like many others shops and dealers, with the hopes I would buy a new car or do a more expensive repair). I trust them. Update: I think they have changed mechanics, it is not the same.

Quick turnaround. Excellent, reasonably priced work.

I just cringe any time I find myself in need of a mechanic; especially with a Range Rover Sport! I haven't been thrilled with the last one that I've used so I decided to see how things went at a shop that specializes in Rovers. I have never had such a fantastic experience! Eddie sent his guy to pick it up from my office & returned it to me by end of business that day! He called me with updates through-out the day & the final bill was well under what I had expected. Actually, the issue itself was far different (& better!) from what other mechanics had been telling me! I haven't had any further problems since Rover was returned to me but, should I in the future, I'll be calling North Dallas Imports!

North Dallas Imports is absolutely amazing. Slid into a curb and did quite a bit of damage to my Acura but they were more than happy to bring it in and catered their service to exactly what I not only needed but also what I wanted and fit the budget. Super friendly and very accommodating with fantastic and fast work done. You can tell this place knows their stuff and only staffs with the very best. Highly recommended for anything you need done with your vehicle!

Eddie and his team are awesome! Great customer service, a good deal on services, and clean waiting area. His wife even shared some tamales with me while I waited! Highly recommend.
