A very positive experience with Eddie and his staff at North Dallas Imports. Brought my Honda Accord in for its 90,000 mile maintenance and Eddie delivered what was promised and offered recommended services at a later date. They also provided drop off and pick up service which is a nice feature for a small business owner. I'll be bringing my Lexus in next time. Visit NDI for your auto needs. You won't be disappointed.

Eddie and his staff are the best! It doesn't get any better with this shop, I have a 2003 Honda n always went to the dealership for repairs but this time I was referred by a coworker to see Eddie bc the dealership quoted me a sky high price for my starter "$598".Thank God Eddie price was almost half with the part and labor, and Yes it was a new starter right out of the box for Hondas! I was in and out of his shop in no time.

Eddie and the mechanics at North Dallas Imports are very good at what they do. My first experience with them was at 2/12/2008 when I had my timing package done for my Accord. The dealer wanted $1,300 and Pep Boys wanted $875.00. North Dallas Imports did it for less than 1/2 of Pep Boys price. The work was excellent as I have not had any sort of problem with the car. Today I had an CV axle (tear in the rubber boot), struts and front brakes done. Again, Eddie was friendly and knowledgeable of the maintenance that needed to be done to my vehicle. There were no pressure from him to do the work at his shop. I have recommended North Dallas Imports to few of my friends and have brought their vehicles in for service. Whenever I have issue with my Accord, I only call Eddie at North Dallas Imports for price and when I should bring the car in. Norm.

Eddie did some work to my friends Prelude a few months ago and when I took him to pick up his car, I realized how close his location is to my job (less than 1/4 mile). A coworker came in from lunch a few days ago crying because another shop close by had quoted her $1000 almost for fixes to her car. Its a Lincoln but I told her to call Eddie anyway. She called Eddie and he came to her to look at her car (wow!). He was very honest with her and saved her a lot of money. Great guy, excellent service. If only all mechanics were this awesome.

I have a Honda Accord and Eddie was very knowledgeable about my car and knew exactly what I needed. My car is at 115K miles and he changed a number of things and got my car serviced at 50% off the price that I would have paid at a Honda Dealership. I will be back and will refer friends to them as well.This type of customer service is very comfortable for me as a female.

This place is a diamond in the rough for people with Hondas/Acuras or other Japanese imports. Take a look at their website for even more testimonials.Eddie, who owns the shop at NDI is a certified Honda Mechanic and opened this shop several years ago. He's been fortunate to expand recently--due mostly to word of mouth.I am a car-guy at heart and know my stuff--but live in an apartment so can't do the work myself. I'm very picky about who gets to touch my cars and Eddie made me feel good knowing that he only uses OEM factory parts.His level of knowledge about the cars was tremendous. More importantly, he will walk you through the problems the car has and will show you what should get done--even more so, what doesn't need to get done (saving you money!). The parts and labor costs have been at least 40% less than a dealer charges.Eddie has already worked on my 2007 Acura TL and it's running like new. I cannot praise them enough for their integrity and work ethic (he'll work weekends, and even do pickup/dropoff to your office).I've referred several friends already and they too were completely satisfied with NDI's service.
