My car had stalled out on the highway two times, so I was very worried about driving it. Took it to three separate places for repair, but no one could replicate the problem, much less fix it. I NEED my car! My daughter recommended North Dallas Imports - YEAH! Took a bit to get the problem to show up again, but they found the issue and repaired it for very reasonable price. Very patient explaining the issue and the fix. Would HIGHLY recommend them for any work you need!

S, thank you for the enthusiastic recommendation! We’re glad North Dallas Imports identified and repaired the issue, explained everything patiently, and helped restore your confidence in your car. We truly appreciate your trust and look forward to serving you again.

Your team are very honest and fair with cost of repairs. My nephew was here from Panama and had borrowed a car from his in-laws from the Houston Tx. They needed their GMC SUV brakes fixed; North Dallas Imports fixed the problem. Fair price, one day, back on the road!

I am so glad I did the research beforehand and chose North Dallas Imports! I noticed so many reviews from customers who have been entrusting their vehicles for decades to this shop. I SEE WHY! And now i am also a lifelong customer! Integrity, care, concern, honest diagnosis — that is what I now can count on, and that is especially comforting as a woman.

(Translated by Google) Good service, although I asked them to send me the receipt by email and it didn't arrive, but it wasn't that important since it was just for me. (Original) Buena atención, aunque pedí que me enviaran el recibo por email y no me llegó, pero no era tan importante ya que solo era para mí.

Took my car in for an alignment and had the chance to talk with Eddie and Louise (hopefully I spelled that right). They were friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward, which I really appreciated. The service was great, the pricing was fair, and everything felt honest and transparent. I’m not saying you have to choose them, but it’s definitely worth having them take a look before you settle on a shop.
