I took my 2007 chrysler pacifica for my driver window not working all they do is guss about the problem told me is the switch . I just replaced the switch my self ever thing work just that particular wind. They charge me $125 for that BS that they dnt even check to see of the reley or what. And they also charge me just to scan my engine lights, $125 . Which auto zone does for free . Rip off I dnt recommend any of my friends or family to that place

My first time going was alittle nervous as with any other place. After walking in the door being greeted with a friendly face and a smile made leaving my bmw behind for the weekend a whole lot easier. They took care of everything the car needed, checked a few extra things while there, ensuring my car was in too running order. Honest work at a fair and honest price!! I found Eddie by doing a search specifically for Honda repair. I have a '94 JDM Honda Prelude that had run into an issue which boggled the minds of 2 mechanics local to me in East TX. Eddie has decades of Honda experience which enabled him to diagnose and correct the issue in minutes. As a result, I trusted his shop to do some preventative maintenance on my old girl, and won't take her anywhere else but to Eddie. I will be needing a new clutch soon and will happily drive the 2 hours each way to make sure North Dallas Imports is the shop that takes care of her. Wonderful service, wonderful results. Wes and the crew demonstrated a very high degree of knowledge regarding our 2006 Honda Pilot. They completed repair/replacement of a service module etc. in a very short time; and explained the process to me in some detail, and in layman's terms. A professional job well done. When my very reliable old Honda needs service, I'll be back to NDI.
