North Dallas Imports may not be the cheapest shop in the metro but when you weigh work ethic with integrity, they are SECOND TO NONE, including whatever Acura dealer you are currently using!! Do yourself a favor and take the worry about getting good mechanic service out of your life, USE NORTH DALLAS IMPORTS, you won't be disappointed!!

The team at North Dallas Imports is top notch! From the owner (Eddie) to his wonderful staff (James and Rich), we have been treated as vip customers. Had my jaguar for months just to have me come tow it home think it was $800 problem then they wanted $3k so I took it home then they call me saying they forgot our Allen tow it back have the put the part they forgot to put on.. then had to pay get it towed back home…. Id never recommend them.. next door is better but they play games too smh…. Reply to owner : I bet you don’t have records 🤦‍♂️ sky blue jaguar xf. My Ford Focus was trying to overheat early this morning and their porter helped me before they even were open. Rich, the owner, called me right away. They diagnosed it, fixed it, and had it back to me the same day! They are extremely thorough for the price they charged. Very friendly staff. You can tell they have great morale there.

I recently purchased a Honda Civic 2019 for my son and the dealership was not very forthcoming with the details of what needed to be repaired. The car continued to misfire and slow down even though the gas pedal was floored. I was told by the dealership that they replaced all the plugs, and installed fuel injectors. They wouldn't touch the vehicle any longer. One of the first things Eddie asked is "Did they check the new parts?" Come to find out during 2020-2023 quality standards decreased due to less employees at the manufacturing plants. The parts were damaged and he fixed it in less than an hour. The guy is the real deal!!!!!! if you want a stand up guy to educate you and fix your vehicle go to this place..........
