Had my jaguar for months just to have me come tow it home think it was $800 problem then they wanted $3k so I took it home then they call me saying they forgot our Allen tow it back have the put the part they forgot to put on.. then had to pay get it towed back home…. Id never recommend them.. next door is better but they play games too smh…. Reply to owner : I bet you don’t have records 🤦‍♂️ sky blue jaguar xf. My Ford Focus was trying to overheat early this morning and their porter helped me before they even were open. Rich, the owner, called me right away. They diagnosed it, fixed it, and had it back to me the same day! They are extremely thorough for the price they charged. Very friendly staff. You can tell they have great morale there.

I recently purchased a Honda Civic 2019 for my son and the dealership was not very forthcoming with the details of what needed to be repaired. The car continued to misfire and slow down even though the gas pedal was floored. I was told by the dealership that they replaced all the plugs, and installed fuel injectors. They wouldn't touch the vehicle any longer. One of the first things Eddie asked is "Did they check the new parts?" Come to find out during 2020-2023 quality standards decreased due to less employees at the manufacturing plants. The parts were damaged and he fixed it in less than an hour. The guy is the real deal!!!!!! if you want a stand up guy to educate you and fix your vehicle go to this place..........

I took my 2007 chrysler pacifica for my driver window not working all they do is guss about the problem told me is the switch . I just replaced the switch my self ever thing work just that particular wind. They charge me $125 for that BS that they dnt even check to see of the reley or what. And they also charge me just to scan my engine lights, $125 . Which auto zone does for free . Rip off I dnt recommend any of my friends or family to that place

Bad they charge me just to guss on my window . And just to check my check engine light $250 noting fix . That's rip off I will recommend non of my people there
