I just cringe any time I find myself in need of a mechanic; especially with a Range Rover Sport! I haven't been thrilled with the last one that I've used so I decided to see how things went at a shop that specializes in Rovers. I have never had such a fantastic experience! Eddie sent his guy to pick it up from my office & returned it to me by end of business that day! He called me with updates through-out the day & the final bill was well under what I had expected. Actually, the issue itself was far different (& better!) from what other mechanics had been telling me! I haven't had any further problems since Rover was returned to me but, should I in the future, I'll be calling North Dallas Imports!

North Dallas Imports is absolutely amazing. Slid into a curb and did quite a bit of damage to my Acura but they were more than happy to bring it in and catered their service to exactly what I not only needed but also what I wanted and fit the budget. Super friendly and very accommodating with fantastic and fast work done. You can tell this place knows their stuff and only staffs with the very best. Highly recommended for anything you need done with your vehicle!

Eddie and his team are awesome! Great customer service, a good deal on services, and clean waiting area. His wife even shared some tamales with me while I waited! Highly recommend.
