Why my vehicle was at this shop overnight a different customer of there’s stole his vehicle back in the middle of the night. & he wrecked my car on the way out. Needless to say they did not honor what they said. North Dallas Imports did not give my car back completely repaired from their mishap. My car AC is still damaged & they never fixed the inside of bumper so rocks don’t fly up & hit my radiator. 🤔 no wonder why the guy stole his car back. They are overpriced thieves as well. Glad I have the police report for my insurance company. & if I need a lawyer since I was a victim.

Took a them 5 days just to diagnose my car, they thought was a the engine spun a bearing, wasn’t the issue, told them the day i brought fthe what I diagnosed it as, they kept telling me they thought I was wrong till the 5th day they removed the starter to confirm my issue only to be charged $450 just for them to tell me what’s wrong with my car, the diagnostic fee is $175 here, not $450. So not sure why they thought that was okay, taking a starter off is 3 bolts and comes right off. Very easy to do, this shop ripped me off, they’re disorganized and not professional.,have work done elsewhere, it’ll save you money in the long run, they will raise the price on you when you go to pick it up.

Engine light came on and was quoted at Honda for over $3,000 in repairs. Took it to Eddie and not only was it fixed within a few hours but it only costed me $300. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Great shop. The owner and shop know Hondas and every car they service incredibly well. Service is courteous but realistic. They do good work.

Even when I was a bit of a nuisance questioning if a rear car light was replaced, Rich went and showed me it was done. Then, right before leaving, James stopped what he was doing to screw in a handle that I unscrewed before going to the shop. I tried and failed to do one of the repairs myself. Thank you, Eddie, Rich, and James! I left with a smile on my face!
