Eddie is very good at his job and i wouldn’t trust no one else with my car other than north dallas imports. Eddie Munoz and North Dallas Imports is the only shop in Dallas you need if you own a Honda or Acura. Eddie is unfailingly honest and fair (which are not words often associated with car mechanics). He should be judged by the loyalty his customers have to him, which is unparalleled. I recommend his work to anyone I know that has a Honda or Acura or just wants an honest mechanic.

Eddie and the team at NDI are great. If I had to choose one word it would be HONEST. Eddie is a family man that understands the need for a dependable car. He takes the anxiety out of the quess work and tells it all up front. If he doesn’t know the answer, he wont BS you. He’ll tell you “I dont know, let me get back to you,” and if hes wrong he has not problem telling you and making it right. Again HONEST. Integrity is number one in my book, and the NDI team has it. Enough Said.

I just completed my first business transaction with NDI yesterday 16Aug12. I am very glad I found this repair shop for my sons 95 Honda Civic. Whatever my son and I cannot handle we wiil use NDI in the future. My best guess is they saved me about $400-$500 over dealer cost on cable reel, timing belt, oxygen sensor and etc. NDI know their stuff and it shows at fair honest prices…PK

I am just like you. I want to have a Quality Work for my vehicles without breaking the bank. I was able to find Eddie Munoz, North Dallas Imports, from Craigslist. I was skeptic at first since there are so many scammers in Craigslist. Anyway, after I checked his shop and had an agreement, I left my vehicle in his shop and had it repaired. I even left my personal belongings in my van and nothing got stolen or lost. My Honda Odyssey Van was repaired for Timing Belt replacement for 1/3 of the dealership cost. Eddie was very good and made sure my vehicle was fixed and repaired like dealership quality. Soon after I started referring him to all my friends. That was 3 years ago. Now, I have Eddie as my personal mechanic. I have him repair and maintain my 2007 Lexus IS250 and 2009 Honda Pilot as well. This company is reliable and price is so reasonable with exceptional quality service.Can’t ask for anything more. Highly recommended.

I normally don’t write reviews but I felt I had to share my experience. I am new to the Texas area. My car needed some work done I took to a AAA recommended shop. The experience was awful! I paid close to 900.00 for a service that wasn’t the real issue!! My car stopped working the next day left me stranded on the highway! They were rude and was only worried about the money.I was without my car for 5 months! My coworker referred me to Eddie I took my car in and what a amazing experience! Eddie was honest with me told exactly he was going to do to the car. My car is back on the road it drives like a new car! Eddie and his staff was very nice the customer service was outstanding! I will recommend North Dallas Imports to everyone and I will be a customer for life!

I was also referred to Eddie and my car needed a brake job. I went few shops but i was really not confident with some of them. I went to NorthDallasImports during my free time to check out Eddie. I met Eddie and on the spot i trusted him with my car.He’s very easy to talk to and very nice person… I made a right choice bringing my car. They are very knowledgable with Hondas. These guys are great. My wife has known one of the principal mechanics for years. I can't say enough here. From projects, to the smaller maintenance jobs, THESE guys are on the ball. I'd trust them with anything. God bless them. Again, I can't say enough. Just awesome.
