I am an owner of a Honda Civic 02. North Dallas imports took care of me. I had to change the timing belt and the water pump. The job was fast and very affordable. During the time that I had to wait for the job, he dropped me off to do some chores. I will definitely recommend his shop. rnrn

I would like to tell anyone who is looking for a Honda/Acura specialist that they should call Eddie. He has done work for me on both my Honda Accord & Acura MDX and I’ve been nothing but satisfied. His service is great and prices are great as well. He even came to meet me when my car wouldn’t start while out was out shopping. I won’t trust anyone else to repair my vehicles. Thanks Eddie!.

I have been a happy customer for about 3 years now. I only let North Dallas Imports work on my car. I have never felt like they have tried to mislead me in any way . My car seems to run well. Car has been having A/C problems for years. Eddie would not quit until he found the problem. Eddie takes pride in his work and is relentless in finding the problem and not quitting until the issue is resolved.

This is a three month follow-up in which I spoke to a mechanic to schedule the replacement of the tubes from the moon roof because they have been leaking. We ordered the part and today we will check to see if we are to repair or wait till Thursday to "git r dun." Lol. As far as the work and promises I will amend this review once it's all figured out.03/19/2016 - It was all figured out. The mechanic did an excellent job of installing new bushings, installing a new air suspension shock absorber, installing the leaking tube located above that drain the moonroof area, aligning all four wheels, and putting some more violent in. My review is that again he is an excellent resource when it comes to these types of cars. If you are a 4X4 enthusiast such as me then you know that maintaining aspects of the vehicle is a must. Finding someone that is competent with the vehicle and doesn't cost you a pound of flesh can be a challenge. Here he is. I discussed with the owner of the shop the benefits of honest dealings. He assured me by his manner, and his customer that dishonesty is correlated with failure while great customer relations is correlated with a successful business (Except Wall Street Big Banks & Insurance Fund Companies). I highly recommend this shop for your Land Rover for quality and economical pricing for an owner trying to avoid dealership prices on repairs. It's now 06/02/2017 Friday and the work they did is fine.

Great guys. Fair pricing for solid work. They use OEM parts, have short wait times, are honest, polite, and happy to resolve any follow-up issues you might have without any hassle. Highly recommend them as an independent shop and trust them over the dealership any day.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Told me what repairs were potential safety hazards and which ones I could go without for awhile since I'm planning on selling my car. They fixed some lug nuts on a tire and accidentally did the wrong ones. When I went to discount tire down the street and found this out, the owner sent someone from his shop to come replace them there on the spot! Very good service and they stand by their work!

North Dallas Imports saved me a bundle on my Honda Accord maintenance and did a quality job equal to that of the dealer I normally use. Eddie was trained as a Honda mechanic and quoted the same list of things to be done with a timing belt change and tune up that was given to me by the Honda dealer. The big difference was his price was half the dealer’s price. I finally found a competent alternative to a dealer for my car repairs and maintenance. I just had him work on my Honda Odyssey and received the same great result.
