Incompetent mechanics, I brought it in for a clunking noise that can easily be recreated when just taking off in my car and they instead of figuring out that problem they diagnosed my brakes as being “too worn” when they’re only really in need of rotors in the front. Instead of recommending rotors they recommended a full brake job on all axles. To make things worse, they dug through other parts of my car without me asking for it and tried to upsell me on parts, and they left my air filter box open!! See attached photo. I didn’t know this until a week later because I noticed my intake noise was way louder than usual (it’s a mom car, it’s not supposed to make sports car noises) and then when I checked under the hood my air filter box was unlatched, hanging open. God knows what my engine sucked in during that time. I’m really pissed off and I’m mad that they jeopardized the health of my engine by doing things they weren’t supposed to, with utter carelessness. The icing on the cake was that someone smoked inside my car as it smelled like cigarettes for several days until I paid a detailer to get the smell out. Wasted my time and a lot of my money.

I drove all the way from Abilene to get work done on my Altima’s front suspension. Their customer service was excellent! They got my car done quickly by having multiple guys work on it at once. The price was way less than what Nissan was charging.

I had my Subaru Outback towed here after it refused to start. The service was very quick and Rich was great at communicating what was going on and what needed to be repaired. Fair pricing for repairs and tow. I will definitely be returning!
