These guys are legit. As a Honda/Acura owner and enthusiast, I can often tell if mechanics are up-selling or blowing smoke, but the staff here (Andy, Wes, Eddie) know their stuff and will be very honest about repairs/maintenance.I had a major repair done and everything went smoothly. They will go beyond the call of duty to provide a level of service unmatched by stealerships.The service staff has over 30 combined years of Honda/Acura experience. They use the same OEM Honda parts as dealerships and the labor is a fraction of the price.They would rather have your business long term than screw you over for one invoice.Ask for Andy and he will take care of your "baby."

I had a headlight go out on my Acura TL. The dealer wanted to charge $1900 to replace it saying several things like the igniter, bulb and it had a leak. I took it to north dallas imports and the they diagnosed it was the ballist. I got it fix and out the door for just over $ 400. They better and more affordable than a dealership. They earned my business. Thanks Wes.

This is the worst auto repair shop I have dealt with in my life. I took them my 2003 Suzuki Aerio to them because it wasn't accelerating like it should, plus the engine light was on, they inform me it was the mass air flow sensor and that it needed to be replaced, I also what them to recharge my AC, they told me it would cost $540 for everything, so I went to pick up my car and soon as I drove off the same problem with the car not accelerating was just as bad as when I took it to them, which let me know they didn't even test drive the car to see if they fixed the problem and the AC was blowing out the same quality air as when I took it to them Took my car to Rallye Auto and they informed me I just needed new spark plug, he installed them now my car runs fine, he also fixed my AC, told me they didn't charge it but half way full, so I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS !!!!!!!!

Hello Mr. Jones, We would like to thank you for your review of North Dallas Imports. Although we strive for perfection, unfortunately we are not. But valuable input like yours can help us get closer. We would like to apologize your less than satisfactory experience with us. You brought your vehicle to us with a check engine light and a drive ability concern which we unfortunately could never duplicate while driving. All we had to go off of were the codes for your check engine light which were related to the mass air flow sensor which we replaced. Did the check engine light come back on with the same codes? Unfortunately we never heard from you that you were still experiencing problems to allow us to fix the issues. We offer a full 12 month/12,000 mile warranty on all repairs and completely stand behind our work given the opportunity to. As far as the AC concern, if we undercharged it somehow, again we apologize but there is a possibility of a leak in the system which we would've been able to identify by the dye we put in the system on your return visit if we had seen you. We will use this review as information to get better. Thanks again for taking the time to review us.

Fantastic Find!! These guys are truly a blessing! The A/C in my RX 350 was not cooling and only blowing hot air. Andy and his team, did a leak check and added the proper freon required to get my car blowing cold air. While my vehicle was in his shop in completed full inspection of my vehicle to let me know areas that would need to be address in the near future. What I like most about the North Dallas Imports was that Andy not only displayed professionalism and is extremely knowledgeable about my type of vehicle, but he expressed genuine care in ensuring that I was driving a safe vehicle, he pointed out that I had a tail light out and replaced it at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this place, they definitely have my business. Angelina

Wow!! I would HIGHLY recommend this group! From the moment I spoke with via phone to validate services offered, pricing, and hours, to the completion of the service they blew me away! I've been to Land Rover Dallas for attempts at service, and they should take a lesson from this group on customer service, expediency, and product knowledge. Can't say enough good things about the service, and over-the-top care of my vehicle. Great work!!

I recently took my 2007 Land Rover LR3 in for some major repairs and was pleasently suprised by the quality and expertise of North Dallas Imports. The staff was very friendly, knowledgable, and trust worthy. My Rover was fixed very quickly and the best part was the PRICE! I got a quote from the dealership and it was HUNDREDS of dollars more. I would reccomend North Dallas Imports to any luxury car owners in the Dallas area. Thank you N.D.I.!!!!

I've been using North Dallas Imports for years and highly recommend the place. The team there is very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. You will not find a more honest group and certainly not better prices. Plus, you can wait on your car in their office (free wi-fi, comfortable chairs and desks, etc.).

I recently took my Range Rover in for an oil leak. The guys at North Dallas Imports were professional and courteous! I have my vehicle back and was very happy with the service and price that I received! This is the second time that I have entrusted the people at NDI to take care of my vehicle and I couldn't be more satisfied!
