The most important thing for me is customer service and reliable parts. They treated me REALLY fair and all have Honda experience. No gimmicks or upselling and things you don't need for your vehicle. They are straight shooters and give you options. I have already referred two other people and just visited today. All parts are Honda parts, not generic at all, and the cost for all the work they do can't be beat anywhere! I am very happy I found this company and will be back if any other work needs to be done on my car.

I'm never too excited to need car repairs, but I love the people at North Dallas Imports! I have a '90 Honda Civic wagon that needs occasional love and they treat her right. I trust them to take care of my car and be respectful of my wallet. They make suggestions and recommendations, but are never pushy. They explain what the problem is, what needs to be done, and they are all Honda mechanics so they are fast too! I feel confident in their work and recommend them highly.

Its not all about making money with Eddie, Andy and the others. I am sure they have had my best interests in mind when performing work on my vehicles. I'm fortunate to have found them and have confidence knowing they are doing top quality work at the same time.

It isn't often my otherwise reliable Honda has issues, but the rattling noise coming from my 2008 Accord sounded very serious. Having only 85,000 miles, I was shocked to hear I needed a new A/C compressor. Knowing this was going to be an expensive repair, I was reluctant to service it at the dealer. I found North Dallas Imports online and upon consulting with them, my worries were immediately put to rest. They were professional and clearly very knowledgeable. I was so relieved to find their cost significantly less than what I was quoted elsewhere. I was even more relieved (more like, ELATED) when I was told they didn't need to replace my compressor after all, just the water pump (a considerably less expensive repair). What an honest establishment! They’ve definitely made a returning customer out of me!

Someone I know from church recommended them. They sold me a great car at a very affordable price! It needed a few repairs, and they gave me a deal on that too, and they worked with me, letting me make two payments. They are a business I trust. I recommend them to all my friends. I love my car and I love the great people at North Dallas Imports. :)

Just had my Acura MDX 2011 in for the A123 service. I found the staff (Andy in particular) to be very honest, professional and knowledgeable. Very clean and inviting shop, well worth the 45 min drive. The cost of service was well below what the dealership or other highly reputable shops online wanted.Thank you for the great service!

Its hard to find businesses like North Dallas Imports ... I trust them with my two older vehicles - a Tahoe and Infinity (and I am sure I will introduce them to my Honda accord in due time). They are customer-focused first and foremost. I have a lot of respect for the quality of work and appreciate them looking out for me in the process. I have had many experiences with them and they have been consistent in customer care and quality of work. I don't know all of them by name, but for sure Eddie and Andy create an environment of customer service that is embraced by all of their employees.

I love this place. Great Great People. Always helpful and informative. They don't try to sell you unneeded parts like other mechanics. They use Dealer Parts without the Dealer Prices. The remodeling inside is great. Laptop plug ins, coffee, water, and Wifi. Thank you Guys for everything y'all do. I'm now a customer for life.
