I used to go there to service my Subaru Outback. Gave them several chances (was there at least 3x for various repairs), but poor repair 2/3 times. They did a good job of installing new CV axles, but for the small jobs and details, they don't pay attention or care. Lost several of my underbody bolts to attach the shield/bumper underneath, so destroyed part of my underbody shield just from driving down the road. Asked them to fix my non-functional windshield pump/cleaning system, they determined it was old hoses, so they "reinstalled" them early 2016. I just had a hose in the hood get eaten up (October 2016), the same source of the problem last time. Either they put in the wrong type of hose or never replaced that segment. And they charged me almost $200 for that. Asked them about squeaky power steering and they recommended replacing the entire assembly for over $1000. Did some basic Google research and found out is was probably an O-ring near the pump, took it to Autoscience who confirmed and fixed it for $80. They don't know much about Subarus and don't care to learn in order to do a proper job. Service times went beyond what was estimated at least once. Understandable that sometimes things get backed up for turnaround time, but add this onto shoddy service, and it's not acceptable. Very, very disappointed for wasting my money here.

We found North Dallas Imports (NDI) in the spring of 2009 on Google. Our Acura needed work and we were frustrated with the high costs of repair. So, we shopped the dealers and they all wanted about $1,000 for a timing belt on our Acura. We called NDI and we were shocked by their price (less than half of what the dealers wanted). I was highly skeptical at first. But, I quickly realized they NDI knows exactly what they are doing and they get it done right (and fast!). rnrnSo here we are a little over a year later and they are the only people that work on our cars now. My first go around owning a Land Rover so I'm not used to the maintenance and quirks these cars have. I was recommended to North Dallas Imports by members of Texas Rovers. Andy and Eddie where very informative and took the time to talk to me about the issues these cars can have. They took the time properly diagnosis my vehicle and kept me updated through out the process, I did probably call them more than I should of, lol. It's been a few days since I received my car back and it's starting like it just rolled off the lot. I really appreciate them looking over the entire car and letting me know what other items need to be fixed and what can wait a little. Other shops sometimes only fix the initial problem and don't bring up preventive maintenance items. Safe to say I have found the right shop to take care of my Landy!

This is a great auto shop for your Honda and Acura. I have been taking my Honda here for all major repairs. Eddie and all his guys are honest and do honest dependable work. Being a female I am always skeptical taking my car in for repairs because in the past I have had technician try to get over, but not here. They take the time to explain to me what is going on with you vehicle and recommend only getting what need to be done, not fill you with a bunch of bull just to get more money. I will refer any one looking for a good auto repair shop that own a Honda or Acura to go here. They do use original and only Honda and Acura parts. Awesome shop and very nice and honest people.

I tried this place today because I urgently needed an oil change and my usual places were unavailable. I called first to see if they could work me in. They suggested a time right after lunch. I arrived at the appointed time and they got going immediately. A short time later I was good to go. They even did a quick inspection and identified a few things to keep an eye on. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Four stars because I rarely give five on any first visit. I'm guessing that they will get the fifth star next time.

Eddie is very knowledgeable about Hondas/Acuras. I talked to him on the phone and he knew excactly what was wrong with my 2004 Acura TL. He was able to complete my repairs the next day within two hours. I will return in the future.

It was a pleasure to do business with knowledgeable professional people. My phone call was returned the same afternoon and they even gave me advice over the phone which was very helpful. They fixed a problem for me that was created by another shop and were very reasonable on price. I give these guys “Two thumbs Up” and would recommend them to anyone.
