I already get nervous when any car services are needed. Not because I think all places take advantage of women or that women are incapable of understanding the inner workings of cars. I just don't. I asked for a quote, when the Mercedes dealer price was double the price and north Dallas imports was so accommodating. The reviews are about Hondas and land rovers but they are quality with the European cars too They gave me a b1 service and break fluid flush ...even took it down the st for an inspection. Recommended them 5 times already. Will definitely definitely definitely be back.

These guys focus on Hondas & Acuras, and they know their stuff. Andy knows a lot about the service that goes into keeping cars performing well, cause he's had industry experience. Their prices were close to half what I was getting for a comparable service with actual genuine Honda OEM parts, and as long as it stays that way, it looks like I've found a place I can bring my Honda & Toyota to. Good work, half the cost of the other guys.

North Dallas Imports is the absolute best! Eddie and his team are wonderful and professional. The location is great and the prices are even better. I called around to a few places and they were not only far but over priced for what I needed done. Eddie was very detailed and kept in touch with me every step of the way and explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with any work that needed to be done. He also gave me pricing up front for anything he needed to do. He’s very honest and I’m so glad to have found a place to take care of all my car needs. Thanks Eddie!

2023 Update: Wow, can't believe it's been 7 years, and this mechanic shop is still my top choice for my BMW 550i Msport. What's always stood out to me is how Eddie and Rich actually take the time to break down the problem, its root cause, and the fix needed. They've been keeping my car in top shape for years now. And you know what's really cool? Despite all the crazy price hikes from inflation, they've managed to keep prices reasonable. Highly Recommend. 2016 Review: Looooooooooooove. Prices good. North Dallas Imports recently serviced my 2001 Honda Odyssey. The work was done on time, at a very fair price and the owner was very knowledgeable and friendly to work with. In addition to doing the work, the car was returned to me with a clean engine compartment. The work done definitely made a difference in how my car performed.

Honesty, integrity, and the quality of work is excellent. I have two Honda’s and I can’t think of any other place I’d rather bring them for service. Also, the price of their oil change is reasonable. They use quality oil unlike the bulk oil used at most dealerships.

These guys are absolutely the best. Fair and honest, and will explain what needs to be done without being condescending - as a woman it is rare to find an auto shop that doesn't talk down to you. They do a great job for a reasonable price with excellent customer service, what more could you ask for?

I am so glad I found this place. I have an 06 Range Rover and it is temperamental as most are. Having experienced the over priced, sub standard service at the dealer I began looking for alternatives. After a little research and a blown water pump I discovered North Dallas Imports. These guys are great. They are Land Rover enthusiasts and they all drive rovers. It makes a difference. They employ a certified Land Rover mechanic and they understand the vehicles. It put my mind at ease and I feel they take a vested interest in your vehicle and its issues. Rovers are expensive to maintain, but their prices are about half what LR Dallas charges. It's nice in this day and age to have a mechanic you can trust. I highly recommend these guys.
