Super happy with this place! My husband and I own a 2009 Acura TL and a 2015 Lexus IS 250. I am 9 months pregnant and recently came in because my AC was out. I spent 30 min in shop and walked out with my AC working like a charm blowing ice cold air! We come here for ALL of our car maintenance needs and always walk out extremely pleased! I don't know what Nicole is talking about but these guys are the best I've dealt with I trust them fully and they have always helped me out with my Acuras. They are honest and reliable and won't let you pay for things you don't really need. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Eddie keep up the great work!

I highly recommend the Norh Dallas Imports Auto workshop ( Mr Eddie Munoz ) . I took my car Toyota Corolla 2003 to repair the A/C system. the diagnosis and quick action was very precise. They demonstrated knowledge and efficiency on this reparation.

Wow Wow Wow thats all I can say to start off…First of all ladies ladies ladies they are really HONEST (no desrepect to some man) so many times we as women get taken advantaged of because of the lack of knowledge of car service but i begged to differ…I’ve tested the guys three times and each time they were honest at NDI.,( my dad taught me that)… smile… One more thing when NDI say they specialize in Honda Accord they are telling the TRUTH the 3 times i took my Honda accord to the shop they knew immediately what was wrong….(a matter of fact Im going to NDI tomorrow to get my oil change( and to test them a fourth time…..lol smile… Honestly they are awesome come try for yourself….

Amazing, honest service! Owner came in when the shop was closed, sent me a tow truck (very reasonable$), evaluated, got parts, and did the work himself. His repairs are done with OEM parts, not generic, lower quality parts. Eddie and his talented crew are very committed to excellent customer satisfaction! I live in Rains County now, but will make the trip to North Dallas Imports everytime.

North Dallas Imports is the first shop where I had no doubts about the quality and attention that my vehicle received. Eddie surpassed my wildest expectations when performing a timing belt service and brake job on my 2002 Accord. He answered all of my questions and undercut the dealer by 60%. I had him do my transmission replacement two months later, and could not be more pleased with the results. Great service, great prices, and genuine parts to boot. I could not ask for anything more for my cars.
