Just had my Acura MDX 2011 in for the A123 service. I found the staff (Andy in particular) to be very honest, professional and knowledgeable. Very clean and inviting shop, well worth the 45 min drive. The cost of service was well below what the dealership or other highly reputable shops online wanted.Thank you for the great service!

Its hard to find businesses like North Dallas Imports ... I trust them with my two older vehicles - a Tahoe and Infinity (and I am sure I will introduce them to my Honda accord in due time). They are customer-focused first and foremost. I have a lot of respect for the quality of work and appreciate them looking out for me in the process. I have had many experiences with them and they have been consistent in customer care and quality of work. I don't know all of them by name, but for sure Eddie and Andy create an environment of customer service that is embraced by all of their employees.

I love this place. Great Great People. Always helpful and informative. They don't try to sell you unneeded parts like other mechanics. They use Dealer Parts without the Dealer Prices. The remodeling inside is great. Laptop plug ins, coffee, water, and Wifi. Thank you Guys for everything y'all do. I'm now a customer for life.

Just moved to Texas and I was looking online and they had the best reviews. Took it my 06 civic had my motor mount replaced and have had some performance parts installed very happy with the quality work that is affordable, staff is friendly, and they work quickly I would recommend this spot to any Honda driver. They don't pressure you to get work done but give the best recommendation. I go about every two weeks to get my car back in tip top shape

I was referred to North Dallas Imports by my fiance's brother! Eddie and his staff did a fantastic job on the brake job I was in dire need of! Pricing was so much better than other mechanics I was looking in to, and their main concern for me was the safety of my car, not the cash inflow they would recieve! Eddie is very knowledgable of his products and service as well as the inforamtion he gives to you! I will definetly be going back for all my mechanical needs!

This is a great shop run by honest people. I'm always skeptical when I go to a mechanic because they often assume that I don't know anything about cars and then give me a bull excuse on why they want to charge me more than it should cost. This shop was not like that. They gave me accurate quotes over the phone, which was cheaper than the dealership (even though they do the same things as the dealer and use oem parts just like the dealership) I had my timing belt changed as well as the 90K mile check up for my car and they took care of everything in one day ( I thought it would take longer) They gave me a break down of what they did, the inspections, what they found, and what they recommended in repairs (without pushing any repairs on me) They were very down to earth and explained exactly what repairs would be needed soon and why. The best part was that they were honest about it, no made up excuses to get my car back in for repairs I didn't need. I even thought I might need a brake job when I brought it in because it had been a while, but they told me that my bakes were good even though I was ready pay for it. Because of their honesty, prices, and quality work, I will definitely be coming back to them again.
