Eddie Munoz, owner of North Dallas Imports, opened the doors in 2006 because he was tired of seeing disappointment on the faces of his customers at the dealership. He also knew that he could deliver a much higher level of customer service. Eddie started working on cars when he was 18. He got into this business because of his passion for cars. He opened North Dallas imports because of his passion for helping people. Eddie has created an auto repair experience that is completely customer focused and has built a loyal following because of his commitment to staying in integrity while delivering the highest level of service and care.
Jose Gomez, ASE Certified Master Technician, began his journey in the auto repair industry in 1995. He wanted to do work that he loved and that mattered. From the beginning he worked hard to learn everything he could and quickly rose in the ranks. Jose was committed to learning and to customer service. For three years running, he was invited to participate in the Master Technician Challenge, an honor that only the top 32 technicians in the country received an invitation to attend. Jose is truly a master technician and continues to train and learn so that he can stay cutting edge and bring the highest level of knowledge and skill to the clients of North Dallas Imports.
